Andy Budd
Creative Director, ClearleftAndy Budd is an interaction designer and web standards developer from Brighton, England. As the user experience lead at Clearleft, Andy spends his time helping clients improve their customers online experience.
Andy is a regular speaker at events such as SXSW, and helped organise d.Construct, the first "web apps" conference in the UK. Andy wrote the best selling book, CSS Mastery: Advanced Web Standards Solutions and blogs at andybudd.com.
Never happier than when he's diving some remote tropical atoll, Andy is a qualified PADI dive instructor and retired shark wrangler.
Richard Rutter
Production Director, ClearleftRichard Rutter is an expert information architect with ten years experience developing commercial websites. He is a specialist in web accessibility and co-wrote a number of books about it.
Rob Ford
Principle, TheFWARob Ford founded The FWA (Favourite Website Awards) in May 2000 and the project recently received its 20 millionth site visitor, making it the most visited website award program ever. He also writes and contributes to numerous other international publications, both online and offline, including a regular column for Adobe's Edge newsletter, has a book coming out later this year called "Guidelines to Succeed Online" (Taschen) and has judged for a number of web award shows, as well as having his work recognised internationally.
Phil Jones
Director, Real Time ConsultancyPhil Jones has had an impressive career in the web design community, launching one of the first digital agencies, Real Time, in the early nineties, Phil was nominated for lifetime achievement award at this year's Net Imperative awards and is chairman of creative digital agency Mook who work with Diesel, Nike, Playstation amongst other clients.E-Consultancy's Internet Decade event in 2004 recognised Phil as one of the top 100 influencers over the previous ten years.
