"From the point of view of pure aesthetics, I think that Jesús Rodríguez Velasco design stands out the most with the bold typography and interesting design elements.
Its great to see that the site meets the standard WAI-A standard, but I feel a few things could be done to improve accessibility and usability. The fact that the search button is hidden may cause confusion and also large parts of the site are written in Spanish, but there is no indication that the languages changes in the mark-up. Having said this, the site is still very good and well on its way to being an interesting, well designed and accessible website.
I’d also like to mention The Natural History Museum website with its simple and usable design which you would expect to see for a site of this nature. However, this site has a number of accessibility and usability concerns that could be addressed such as hidden links, homepage structure and small pieces of CSS which could be added - stopping it from getting the award. "
